Who Are You Now? Car Conversations with Tiffany EP: 1

January 14, 2022

Happy New Year to you all!!

I know that it has been a long time since you’ve seen me in this space, but I promise I’m trying to do better. That’s all I’m going to say about that because I’m focused on being more vocal with my actions than my words.

People believe what you say, not what you do!

Are you in a place in your life where you’re trying to figure you out again?

Friends we have gone through a lot these past two years. We’ve experienced loss, had to figure out how to navigate life virtually and isolated from others, and how to function properly in a world that’s infested with a deadly pandemic.

The ever changing way of living our “new normal” and the uncertainty around this pandemic can be flat out exhausting and frustrating.

Wait! Let’s just pause right here to give ourselves a pat on the back for making it.

No seriously, pause. Did you do it?

Now we may proceed:)

This year we are not going to just do life and not take time to recognize our efforts and accomplishments. If COVID hasn’t taught us anything else, I hope that it has taught you to slow down and be in the present moment.

Life for me looks a lot different and I’m still trying to figure out if some pieces of the puzzle that I currently hold in my hand still fits me and my lifestyle.

For instance, do they fit the person I am now or am I forcing them to fit because they’ve been apart of my life for so long?

I want to live my life well and with intention.

I’m living life through the lenses of grace and self compassion. Therefore, I have gone back to simplifying my life and using what’s already within my reach versus reinventing the wheel. If it ain’t broke, I’m not trying to fix it.

I hope that you are doing the same for yourself.

My hope for you this year is that you will use 2022 to build and grow.

Build your confidence. Renew your mindset. Come into knowing who you are in this season of your life, and fall deeper in love with yourself. I pray that every step that you take and decision you make is beneficial to you and the person you are today, as well as, the person you envision yourself as in the future.

In my first episode of Car Conversations with Tiffany, I am discussing a little bit of everything I touched on above.

I hope that this 10 minute car conversation I had with myself will encourage you to have conversations with yourself about:

  • Who you are?
  • Who do you want to be?
  • What are you doing to show up as her daily?

But wait, safety first!

Buckle up and let’s chat sis. It’s just the two of us in the car.

Now, please don’t let me do all of the talking. This is our girl’s talk time.

Comment below and let me know what’s going on with you.

Love and light,

Tiffany
